The face behind Monarch Fitness & Wellbeing.

I founded Monarch Fitness and Wellbeing with a simple yet profound belief: every woman deserves to feel empowered and capable of achieving her best self, regardless of the phase of life she's in.

Seeing women unsure of where to begin and feeling fearful about moving their bodies inspired me to create a space where they could build confidence in creating strong foundations.

I envisioned a journey that starts slow and gradual, with gentle movements that their bodies crave, fostering a better mind-body connection. At Monarch, we're dedicated to guiding women through this journey, empowering them to embrace movement with confidence, leading to sustained success and well-being.

Outside of the gym, I find immense joy in the beautiful community of people I have around me. Growing up on a farm, I developed a profound connection with the outdoors, cherishing moments in nature for balance and grounding. Whether it's running, practising yoga, or bush walks, I love the freedom to choose activities that resonate with me and contribute to my overall well-being.

Through personalised programs, you'll experience both support and empowerment as you strive to enhance yourself. Together, we'll embark on this transformative journey, taking one step at a time.

Qualifications: New Zealand Certified Personal Trainer Level 4 & 5, Pregnancy + Postnatal Training Certified
